2026 Reunion Information

The 6th All-Years All-American College Orchestra Reunion will take place at Walt Disney World in Orlando on July 31–August 1, 2026. Attendees will be able to socialize and perform with their colleagues once again and also connect with alumni from other years. Charts from the AACO and Disney library will be performed.

Lodging (Lodging reservations have closed for 2026)

Lodging is at the discretion of each reunion attendee, however a special discounted rate for AACO Alumni and friends will be provided.

Booking Information

Guests can book their reservations online at book.passkey.com/go/AllAmericanOrchestra or by calling the Group Reservations Phones Team at 407-939-4686. The Phones Team is available Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm EST, and closed on the weekends and major holidays.

All reservations must be completed by June 1, 2026 when our unused rooms will be released to the general public.

Theme Park Tickets

Per Disney's Imagination Campus policy, and for the benefit of rehearsal space and instrument needs, each alumni performer is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase park tickets through Disney's Imagination Campus. The link may also be shared with family members and friends who will be in attendance that weekend.

A link to order discounted tickets will be posted on the Who's Coming/Music page when it is made available. (The password is in your registration automated response email. Please let me know if you don't see it or registered by mail.)

Afternoon/evening — EPCOT social time and picture on stage (TBA)

Saturday, August 1

Parking Instructions for Saratoga Springs

10:00am–12:00pm — Rehearsal at Saratoga Springs Resort Performance Hall

6:00pm — Performance at Saratoga Springs Resort Performance Hall (free and open to the public, but with limited seating)

Post-concert gathering/reception at Turf Club at Saratoga Springs. Food and drink will be available.

*Disclaimer: Disney's Imagination Campus has GRACIOUSLY accepted to host us again in 2026. The American Gardens Stage at EPCOT, under the Walt Disney Entertainment umbrella, is not available for groups outside of WD Entertainment's bookings.
